I am 5”2.5 and have gone from weighting in the high 190s at my highest weight to the mid 140s.
I hope to get around 110ish but my main goal is to be fit, healthy and happy!

So… I have a photo posted from when I was 138 up on my profile. However… not only is the photo kind of dark, it made me feel a lot better to look at this today. With having to up my calories and start calorie cycling this week, I need to be able to see something to give me positive reinforcement. That said. I probably should take a before of my gut under my clothes so that I can see the progress with my abs each month. You do not get to see that until I have made my tummy flatter. :D kthanks. Also I should note that I am really short so I am 4’11. This is just barely in the healthy BMI range… I got here a few weeks ago…. but at least I am healthier now. 29.5% body fat…. I would love to go down 9.5% but I am going to take my time… eventually I will get there.
